Quality Objective
J&K Food Quality Control Lab Testing functions with the following objectives:
- To achieve customer satisfaction index (CSI) of 90% and above.
- To impart a minimum of at least 3 trainings annually to lab personnel, either in-house or through external agency.
- To develop a minimum of 5 new customers in a year.
- The quality policy and quality objective statements are clearly communicated to, understood by & is made available to laboratory personnel & are reviewed in a periodical manner for their effectiveness and continuing suitability.
- To provide customers, in time &High Quality Testing and analytical services & high keep spac.
- To comply and maintain all the Documents / Records as per NABL recognized International standards of ISO / IEC 17025 : 2005.
- To follow strictly Test and Analytical procedures of recognized / customers specifications.
- To maintain all the measuring instruments / equipment and its accessories to meet the National Standards.
- To manage the Laboratory Work with Staff sufficiently conversant and experienced with testing and analysis procedures.
- To develop continual improvement in customer’s satisfaction and Quality of testing to build the confidence in the test results of the laboratory.
